Teen charged with murder in August shooting
SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) - A Savannah teenager is facing murder charges after being indicted by a Chatham County Grand Jury for a deadly shooting back in August.
17-year-old Zaki Lowe is charged with Malice Murder, Felony Murder, Aggravated Assault, and False Imprisonment.

He is accused of shooting and killing 17-year-old Shinobi Pitts.
Savannah Police say the shooting happened on August 21st in the Savannah Gardens neighborhood.
Officers found Pitts on the ground with gunshot wounds.

The coroner says Pitts was shot at least once and was later pronounced dead at the hospital.
Lowe was arrested by Savannah Police and the US Marshals on August 25th.
