Crash blocks both lanes of Grober Hill Road in Beaufort County

BEAUFORT COUNTY, Sc. (WTOC) - Emergency crews are responding to a single-vehicle crash near the intersection of Grober Hill Road and Castle Rock Road.
According to the City of Beaufort/Town of Port Royal Fire Department, the vehicle left the roadway and came to rest in a ditch.
Officials say both lanes of Grober Hill Road are currently blocked as crews work at the scene.
Motorists are encouraged to avoid the area and seek alternate routes until the roadway is reopened.
No information on injuries has been released at this time.
