Highway 21 northbound shut down due to early morning crash
RINCON, Ga. (WTOC) - The Effingham County Sheriff’s Office reported a Monday morning crash on Highway 21 northbound near Ebenezer Road.
They said it is a semi-truck and vehicle crash that has shutdown Highway 21 northbound at this time.
