PIEDMONT, S.C. (FOX Carolina) - The Federal Bureau of Investigation confirmed agents were on scene of an Upstate business on Thursday afternoon.
FOX Carolina crews saw a large mobile command unit outside Vital Care EMS on Cooper Road in Piedmont.
