Congressional candidates to face voters at Savannah NAACP forum
SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) - The Savannah Branch NAACP will host a political forum for 1st District congressional candidates this weekend.
The forum will take place Sunday, March 22 at 4 p.m. during the organization’s general mass meeting at Pentecostal Miracle of Deliverance Church on Bull Street.
Organizers say candidates will present their platforms and answer questions from the community.
Multiple Democratic and Republican candidates have been invited to participate.
The event is open to the public.
