Savannah player wins over $860,000 in Fantasy 5 drawing

SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) - One lucky person in Savannah won $865,050 in the Fantasy 5 drawing on July 19, according to the GA Lottery.

The winning ticket was purchased at Publix on 11701 Abercorn Street, and matched all five winning numbers.

The winning lottery numbers for the Fantasy 5 drawing were 04-12-25-26-30.

This is the second biggest lottery win in the state of Georgia this week, second only to a ticket purchased in Dahlonega, GA.

That ticket won $3,000,000 on the 100X The Money scratch-off.

Altogether, last week GA Lottery players claimed $39,464,258 in scratch-off winnings.

As with all Georgia Lottery games, proceeds from scratch-off games, Fantasy 5, Diggi Games, and Georgia FIVE benefit education in the state of Georgia.
