Savannah Police searching for teen wanted in connection to Oglethorpe Mall shooting
SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) - The Savannah Police Department is searching for a teen wanted in connection with the July 2 Oglethorpe Mall shooting.
The teen has been identified as Franklin James, also known as Franklin Washington, 16.

He is 5’10, weighs around 150 lbs and walks with a distinct limp.
Police believe that he lives in Richmond Hill.
