Man disappears while working in the Savannah-Richmond Hill area, family looking for answers
RICHMOND HILL, Ga. (WTOC) - A family is pleading for answers after a man disappeared while working in the Savannah-Richmond Hill area.

Gregory McNeal’s brother said he was only here for a job, now no one knows where he is.

WTOC sat down with his brother and police Wednesday.
His brother said the company he works for travels between Houston and Savannah to clean highways.
While in the area, he was staying in the Home2Suites in Richmond Hill.
One night he left his phone, his laptop and vanished.
His brother also told us a social media post claims he may have been seen at the Enmarket gas station on U.S. 17.
56-year-old Gregory McNeal was last seen running through someone’s backyard on Winding Way in Richmond Hill.
His brother, Joshua Williams, told us McNeal lives in Atlanta and was in the Richmond Hill for work.
“Left his phone, left his wallet, left his laptop... everything. He has nothing to my knowledge,” said Williams.
Photos released by Richmond Hill police show snapshots from September 16 around 9:00 a.m. from a nearby ring camera.
“It appears that there’s trauma done to his face,” said Williams.
Williams says it was only this Monday that he found out his brother was missing.
“We’ve had detectives out going to different businesses asking around, we had K-9s come out, they searched for two days in the wooded area where we think he may have gone. Didn’t find anything in those two days,” said Richmond Hill Police Department, Captain Brad Skyes.
Police told us his employer gave them a call when he didn’t show up to work.
The search so far has also included drones.
Captain Brad Sykes said K-9 units could be used again depending on their availability.
“He’s a hard worker. He works and watches sports, passionately. That’s what he does,” said Williams.
Williams said vanishing like this isn’t like him.
He’s pleading for community members, nearby businesses and people who may have also been staying at the hotel, to speak up.
“Anything. Anything that can help us find him and bring him home safely,” said Williams.
Williams also told us his family could be heading down to the area to find out what they can.
