Keeping kids safe during ‘summer trauma season’
SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) - With students still out for the summer, the hospitals see a lot more injuries. In fact, Safe Kids Savannah calls from May to August ‘summer trauma season’.
WTOC’s Dawn Baker’s continued her conversation with Jadan Santoyo, Injury Prevention Coordinator for Safe Kids Savannah.
Safe Kids provides free car seat inspections every Tuesday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Santoyo also shared many tips for keeping your children safe in the water.
