Jury selection Monday in Kassotis trial
LIBERTY COUNTY, Ga. (WTOC) - Monday, jury selection will be made in the trial of a Liberty County man charged with malice murder and the dismemberment of his second wife.
The jury selection for the trial for Nicholas Kassotis will take place at 9:00 a.m. Monday morning in Liberty County Superior Court.
Trial will begin immediately following jury selection under Judge Charles Rose Junior.
The accused is charged with the death of his wife, Mindi Mebane Kassotis.

Her dismembered body was found in multiple places near Jones Road in Liberty and McIntosh Counties in December 2022, according to the Georgia Bureau of Investigation.
