Jesup man arrested for child sex crimes, released on bond
JESUP, Ga. (WTOC) - New documents from the courts shed light on the bond conditions of a Jesup man accused of child sex crimes.
Back on May 13th, the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office arrested Joshua Graham, of Jesup. He’s being charged with felony statutory rape, along with child molestation for an incident that allegedly happened on March 13th.
He was also charged with two counts of aggravated stalking for an incident on March 25th.
Documents in his case reveal he was granted a $100,000 bond on June 25th.
He asked for a bond on June 6th and April 21st. His defense attorney is Paul Robertson of Ludowici.
The Judge in his case is Hon. Robert W. Guy, Jr., Superior Court Judge of Georgia’s Brunswick Judicial Circuit.
According to the conditions of his bond, Graham is required to stay away directly, indirectly, by person, telephone, or social media from the person, home, and job of the victim or any witnesses.
Graham is not allowed to possess any dangerous weapons or drink or do drugs, and not to engage in any illegal activity.
He’s not allowed to leave the state of Georgia and has to maintain the same address or notify the court if it changes.
A special condition of the bond says Graham is not allowed within the Brunswick Judicial Circuit except to report to court or meet with his lawyer.
He also has a 7am-7pm curfew, and must be in contact with his probation officer.
There’s not a next court date listed in his case, but we will provide updates as they become available.
