COLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) - Authorities said two adults and two teenagers are facing charges after an alleged robbery spree in Richland County.

The Richland County Sheriff’s Department said 22-year-old Kyree Chesnut and 19-year-old Cameron Sharpe were arrested in connection with the incidents. A 15-year-old and a 16-year-old suspect were also arrested.

Sharpe and the teens are each charged with armed robbery, kidnapping, and possessing a weapon during a violent crime. Chesnut, meanwhile, is facing counts of conspiracy and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. All of the arrests were linked to incidents that happened on July 6.

RCSD said an investigation found Chesnut coordinated the robberies and asked the other suspects to commit them. Sharpe and the 15-year-old are linked to an incident that happened at Day and Night Vape and Gifts on Beltline Boulevard, while both underage teens allegedly robbed a victim on Southern Drive.

At the vape shop, deputies allege Sharpe and the 15-year-old entered the store and pretended to be customers before showing a firearm and taking cash from the store along with other items.

On Southern Drive, a victim told deputies that the suspects approached them and demanded their valuables and presented a firearm. The victim told the suspects the valuables were inside the vehicle, which the suspects also stole in the incident. The vehicle was later located hours later after being abandoned.

RCSD said firearms were also reportedly found at both the teens’ homes, including the gun used in the alleged robberies.

The 16-year-old and 15-year-old were arrested on July 12 and 22, respectively.

Sharpe was arrested on July 24 and is being held at the Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center on a $150,000 bond. Chesnut was arrested the following day and is also being held on bonds totaling $13,000.
