Bulloch County Fire responds to house fire in Oakfield subdivision
BULLOCH COUNTY, Ga. (WTOC) - According to Bulloch County Fire, a neighbor in the Oakfield subdivision off Lakeview Road spotted a fire Saturday night and called law enforcement for aid.
When fire crews arrived the homeowner was not there.
Bulloch County Fire said the home was already heavily damaged, crews had to work to put it out and protect homes nearby.
Following the fire, Bulloch County Fire said the Bulloch County VOAD is helping the victim with temporary assistance.
