Wilmington Island Drop-Off Center announces new operating hours
SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) - The Chatham County Public Works Department has announced updated operating hours for the Wilmington Island Drop-Off Center.
Beginning Monday, Aug. 31, the center will operate during the following hours:
- Tuesday through Saturday: 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Sunday: Noon to 5 p.m.
- Monday: Closed
The drop-off center is located at 7022 Concord Road in Savannah.
County officials said the updated schedule is part of an ongoing effort to better serve residents and improve operational efficiency.
