Northpoint on Jarvis Creek launches website ahead of 2027 opening on Hilton Head Island

HILTON HEAD ISLAND, S.C. (WTOC) - A new housing development designed for Hilton Head Island’s workforce launched its official website, social media channels, and a community survey as construction continues.

Northpoint on Jarvis Creek is a 157-unit neighborhood being built through a public-private partnership between the Town of Hilton Head Island and OneStreet Residential. The project is designed to give the island’s workforce opportunities to live closer to where they work.

The new website, NorthpointOnJarvisCreek.com, will serve as the central hub for construction updates, frequently asked questions, and future leasing qualifications.

Developers have also launched a community survey on the website to gather feedback from local residents, employers, and employees about the island’s priorities and challenges. Survey participants can enter to win a YETI cooler.

Applications for the development are expected to open in Fall 2026, with the first residents moving in by early 2027.
