City of Savannah launches survey for resident input on 2027 budget priorities

by WTOC Staff

SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) - Savannah residents can now weigh in on where city tax dollars should go ahead of the upcoming fiscal year.

The City of Savannah has launched its annual budget priority questionnaire, known as the “Speak Out Savannah” survey, for fiscal year 2027.

City officials are seeking feedback on neighborhood investments, municipal funding priorities, city services and overall satisfaction with service quality. Feedback gathered from the survey will be compiled and presented to city leadership to help shape upcoming budget discussions and spending decisions.

The survey is open through Oct. 18 and can be completed online at savannahga.gov/budget.

City officials plan to release survey results to the public in November.
