Savannah native Cliff McCurry, community leader and mentor, has passed away
SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) - Cliff McCurry, a Savannah native and a giant in the local business community, has passed away.
McCurry is the former chairman of the board for the Savannah Economic Development Authority and Director of Community Development at Sterling Seacrest Partners.
He served numerous non-profit organizations and city initiatives during his career.
McCurry was inducted into the Savannah Business Hall of Fame with a Junior Achievement Award in 2019.
In addition to his decades of community service and leadership, McCurry will be remembered for his love of family, his hometown, and his alma mater, the University of Georgia.
