Savannah Irish Festival returns in 2026 with music, dance, and culture
SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) - Savannah doesn’t wait for St. Patrick’s Day to celebrate its Irish roots, and one of the first signs the season has arrived is the return of the Savannah Irish Festival.
The Savannah Irish Festival, one of the Southeast’s longest-running celebrations of Irish culture, returns February 7–8, 2026, bringing a weekend of live music, traditional dance, food, and family-friendly entertainment to Savannah.
Now in its 34th year, the festival will be held at the Alee Temple, located at 100 Eisenberg Drive.
The 2026 festival is presented by local title sponsor Wexford – Savannah’s Irish Pub, with support from several community partners.
Live music and performances
This year’s headliners include:
- The Devils Brigade, known for blending traditional Irish sounds with modern rock energy
- Cassie and Maggie, a celebrated duo featuring fiddle, guitar, and vocal harmonies
Festival-goers will also enjoy award-winning Irish dancers, local Celtic musicians, and regional performers throughout the weekend.
In addition to live performances, the festival will feature:
- Main Stage and Cultural Stage
- Children’s Area
- Irish Marketplace
- Food trucks and authentic Irish cuisine
“The Savannah Irish Festival is more than an event. It’s a homecoming for the Irish community and an invitation for everyone to share in our traditions,” said festival chair Christin Rouse.
