Savannah Country Day School students donate nearly 4,500 pounds of food
SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) - A big pat on the back to the students and staff at Savannah Country Day School!
Their annual Protein Food Drive was a tremendous success. They were able to donate nearly 4,500 pounds of protein rich foods to the Second Harvest of Coastal Georgia.
Donations ranged from peanut butter and beans to canned meats and protein bars. All of that will go to support local families who need a helping hand.
