Ridgeland man arrested after barricading himself inside home
RIDGELAND, S.C. (WTOC) - One man has been arrested and is facing multiple charges after barricading himself inside a home while officers were executing a search warrant earlier today, November 21, 2025.
In a press release WTOC just received, the Hardeeville Police Department says that they, along with members of the Jasper County Sheriff’s Office and the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED), executed a search warrant at approximately 6:30 a.m. in the area of Orange Grove Road in Ridgeland, South Carolina.
Officials say this warrant was the result of an ongoing investigation involving a Felon in Possession of Firearms case and multiple motor vehicle break-ins reported in the Argent Boulevard area of Hardeeville.

The investigation also follows a previous search warrant executed in October 2025 at the same residence, where officers recovered trafficking-level quantities of illegal drugs, narcotics, and stolen property.

Members of the joint agency Tactical Response Team maintained a secure perimeter and negotiated to resolve the situation safely.
The police department says Bolden later exited the residence and was taken into custody without injury.

He is charged with:
- Trafficking Fentanyl
- Trafficking Cocaine
- Possession of a Firearm by a Felon (x5)
- Possession With Intent to Distribute Marijuana
- Hindering an Officer
