Junior Achievement Georgia gala to honor business leaders, support youth programs
SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) - On Welcome to Our Community WTOC’s Dawn Baker got a chance to share with some great people in our community.
We’re talking about Junior Achievement and the fundraising gala coming up on November 7 at the Hyatt Regency, it starts at 6:00 p.m.
“So Junior Achievement’s mission is to inspire and prepare young people to succeed in a global economy and our programs focus around financial literacy, career readiness, and entrepreneurship. On the Georgia Southern Armstrong campus, we have the Junior Achievement Colonial Group Discovery Center. Where nearly 13,000 middle schoolers come out every year to learn how to run businesses in our JABizTown program,” said Craig Tootle, Junior Achievement Georgia.
