Heavy rain causes flooding in some Richmond Hill neighborhoods
BRYAN COUNTY, Ga. (WTOC) - WTOC received pictures and videos of flooding after heavy rain on Main Street and Sterling Creek in Richmond Hill.
Locals say around this time last year they were also hit hard from flooding from Tropical Storm Debby.
