FIRST ALERT: Earliest snow on record for both Myrtle Beach and Florence

MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) - A new record has been broken tonight as snow flurries fell.

Earliest snow on record

Myrtle Beach and Florence have a new reocrd for the earliest snow fall on record for now November 10, 2025. The previous record was November 12, 2013.

TONIGHT

As a surge of moisture and cold air are working into the Pee Dee it is bringing the chance for snow flurries.

Snow flurries in Florence - Nita Watson

The best chance for flurries is for the Pee Dee. We will NOT be seeing any flurries along the coast tonight.

Snow flurries in Hartsville - Caroline Hutson

As these flurries move into North Carolina over the next couple of hours the best chance to see flurries inland will be through about 10 pm.
