Dave Turley’s First Alert Weather forecast for Thursday, February 12, 2026
A cold front continues to push well south of the area as high pressure builds in with drier weather. Temps fall back into the mid 60s today and Friday. The cold front stalls south of the area into Saturday. This will keep our temps steady in the mid to upper 60s. We’ll see a slight chance for showers Saturday night but most of us remain dry for Valentine’s Day. Sunday is a First Alert WX Day as low pressure will impact the area. The low will bring the stalled front back through the area as a warm front Sunday morning followed by a cold front later in the day. Rain may be heavy at times with some storms expected Sunday. Right now storms don’t look to be severe but we’ll be watching closely all week. Monday starts out cloudy with showers possible in the morning. Skies begin to clear as high pressure returns Monday through midweek. Temps warm back into the 70s Tuesday and Wednesday.

Friday will be sunny, highs in the mid 60s.
Friday night will become partly cloudy, lows in the upper 30s.
Saturday will be partly cloudy early then mostly cloudy, highs in the upper 60s.
Saturday night will be mostly cloudy with a 10% chance for showers late, lows in the low 50s.
Sunday will be cloudy with a 90% chance for showers and storms, highs near 70.
Sunday night will be mostly cloudy with an 80% chance for showers and storms, lows in the low to mid 50s.
