3 people in Savannah arrested on RICO, shoplifting charges

SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) - 3 people from Savannah are behind bars at the Chatham County Jail, facing RICO (Violation of the Georgia RICO-Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations ACT) and shoplifting charges.
35-year-old Jasmonique Lavon Franklin, 33-year-old Cedric Latroy Gardner, and 19-year-old Dominique Antwan Giles Jr. are all facing various charges.
Giles Jr. has 2 holds out of Nassau County and out of Jacksonville County. He’s also facing RICO charges and theft by shoplifting charges.
Gardner is facing RICO charges and 2 counts of theft by shoplifting. As of Thursday night, all are being held on no bond.
Franklin is facing 2 RICO charges.
The arrest reports in the case say these suspects were booked by Savannah PD.
All 3 have been charged with theft by shoplifting previously, according to jail records.
