2 Family members in Wayne County indicted for molesting runaway teen girl
WAYNE COUNTY, Ga. (WTOC) - Two family members in Wayne County have been indicted by a grand jury for molesting a teenage runaway.
Justin Triston Brimhall and Devon Kenneth Brimhall have both been both indicted on multiple counts of aggravated child molestation and false imprisonment.
Records under those charges in their case show the Brimhalls are accused of committing immoral and indecent acts on the child, through sexual intercourse, and multiple acts of sodomy.
Deputies initially responded to the Brimhall residence on Robert E Lee Drive in Jesup in reference to a runaway juvenile from another state.
A sexual assault exam was done on the child. Both men were arrested in late November.

Justin was originally charged with trafficking a person for sexual servitude, aggravated sodomy, grooming of a minor for sexual servitude, enticing a child for indecent purposes, aggravated child molestation, interference with custody, false imprisonment, cruelty to children in the 1st degree, and kidnapping when he was arrested.
Devon was originally arrested and charged with aggravated sodomy, aggravated child molestation, trafficking a person for sexual servitude, cruelty to children 1st degree, and false imprisonment.
Court records show the grand jury did not indict on all of the original charges. Instead, both men now face three counts of aggravated child molestation and false imprisonment each.
We did reach out to the family, and they said they have no comment at this time.
Both are still incarcerated at the Wayne County Jail.
Their case will continue to move through the system.
