NWS: Four inches of rain on Tybee Island since early evening

TYBEE ISLAND, Ga. (WTOC) - The National Weather Service reported that unofficial rain gauges showed nearly four inches of rain since 6:15 p.m.
This is a developing story.
WTOC has sent a crew to Tybee Island to see the impacts including if there are any flooded roadways to the island.
