Man arrested, charged in fatal Eisenhower Dr. shooting

SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) - The Savannah Police Department has arrested Marion Harris, 26, in connection to a fatal shooting in the 100 block of Eisenhower Dr. last night.

Officials say he was taken into custody on the evening of October 9, 2025, and was charged with murder and aggravated assault.

On Oct. 9 at approximately 7:20 p.m. officers responded to the scene after hearing gunfire. Three adult male victims were discovered in the area.

The SPD says initial medical aid was provided to all three, but one ultimately succumbed to his injuries.

As WTOC previously reported, both of the other victims were transported to Memorial Health University Medical Center for further treatment.

SPD continues to actively investigate the incident and is currently following up on leads in relation to the case.
