High pressure will be the dominant weather feature this week. A cold front will stall and dissipate to our west into Thursday. This will allow temps to really heat up. Scattered showers and storms possible late afternoon into this evening. Whatever develops inland will move back towards the coast. We’ll be warm and dry overnight with daybreak temps in the upper 70s. Temps heat up again into the mid to upper 90s today with feels like temps up to 110. Any rain chance will be over before midnight. Wednesday is a FIRST ALERT WX DAY! High temps climb into the upper 90s with heat index values around 113 Wednesday. Temps remain very hot Thursday through Saturday but the humidity will decrease slightly. Our feels like temps will be around 110. Afternoon rain chances increase Sunday and Monday as another cold front stalls to our west.
