High pressure will be the main weather feature this week. This will keep our rain chances low and our temps hot. Any rain chances will end around sunset tonight with daybreak lows in the mid 70s. Temps will be in the mid 90s Tuesday and Wednesday with very low rain chances. Highs reach the upper 90s Thursday and Friday with feels like temps over 110 for some. A cold front looks to stall just to our north Saturday before dissipating Sunday. This will bring a few extra clouds Saturday with a slightly better rain chance. Temps remain well above average into next week.

Tropical Outlook: Disorganized showers and storms from a tropical wave is located in the central southern Atlantic. There is a 10% chance for tropical development in the next 7 days. Disorganized showers and storms from a topical wave are located a few hundred miles north of Bermuda. There is a 10% chance for tropical development until Wednesday when the system will move over much cooler water. An area of low pressure is producing lots of showers and storms. The low currently a few hundred miles southwest of the Cabo Verde Islands has a 60% chance for tropical development as it moves slowly westward over the next 7 days. Non of the systems are a threat to the US at this time.
