A cold front will stall just north of the area today into Saturday. The front moves over the area Sunday and dissipates by Tuesday. This will bring more clouds and better rain chances. Today will start with lots of sun but clouds increase this afternoon and we’ll see scattered showers and storms develop especially along the sea breeze. Rain may be heavy at times with any thunderstorm along with gusty winds. Rain chances should decrease by midnight. Highs reach the mid 90s with feels like temps between 105-109. Scattered showers and storms again Saturday afternoon and evening may produce locally heavy rain. Highs drop back to the low to mid 90s. The front dissipates by Tuesday so we’ll see lower rain chances and hotter temps. Wednesday will be our hottest day with highs in the upper 90s. A cold front moves in late Wednesday into Thursday with better rain chances.
