Applications open for 2027 Savannah MLK Day Parade

SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) - Groups across the Coastal Empire can now apply to take part in the 2027 Savannah MLK Day Parade.

The Martin Luther King, Jr. Observance Day Association announced it is accepting entries for the annual processional, set for Monday, Jan. 18, 2027, at 10 a.m.

Local schools, faith-based institutions, marching bands, civic clubs, nonprofits, and businesses are invited to march and celebrate Dr. King’s vision of justice, equality, and community service.

Organizers are also looking for volunteers to assist with staging and event coordination.
