Water services restored after main breaks in downtown Port Wentworth, boil water advisory in effect
PORT WENTWORTH, Ga. (WTOC) - Water services have been restored in downtown Port Wentworth after a water main broke earlier Wednesday afternoon, city authorities confirm.
According to the city’s social media post (below), though water is currently turned back on, Port Wentworth will be under a boil water advisory for the next 48 hours.
