Missing 64-year-old found safe and unharmed

BEAUFORT COUNTY, Sc. (WTOC) - [UPDATE 2:21 p.m. 7/18/2025] Mr. Morrall has been located. He is safe and unharmed.

[ORIGINAL STORY] The Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office is searching for 64-year-old William Leroy Morrall.

The sheriff’s office says there is concern Morrall’s safety due to his extensive medical history.

Morrall was reported missing from his home on Francis Morrall Circle in Burton on the evening of Thursday, July 17.

Family members last saw Morrall around 5 p.m. on Wednesday, July 16, when he left his home.

Morrall is 5′10″ tall and about 145 pounds. He was last seen wearing light blue pants and a medical drainage bag.
