Juvenile charged with armed robbery marks second person arrested in Darling St. shooting
SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) - The Savannah Police Department has arrested a male juvenile in connection to a shooting in the 20 block of Darling St. that left an adult male with a non-life-threatening injury.
The juvenile was taken into custody on October 29, 2025.
This is the second arrest regarding this incident, with SPD arresting Messiah Holmes, 18, on Oct. 9.

On Sept. 27 at approximately 1:50 p.m., officers responded to reports of gunfire in the area.
A victim was later identified after seeking medical assistance at Memorial Health University Medical Center for a gunshot wound to the foot.
The juvenile was apprehended on Oct. 29 and booked into RYDC on charges of armed robbery, aggravated assault, aggravated battery, and possession of a firearm in committing a crime.
The investigation is still ongoing and SPD says anyone with information should call CrimeStoppers, 912-234-2020, or submit an anonymous tip through the SPD mobile app.
