Jasper County School Board meeting Monday
JASPER COUNTY, SC. (WTOC) - Monday, the Jasper County School District Board is set to meet at 6:30 p.m.
They’ll talk about the state Board of Education’s decision last Tuesday to declare a state-of-education emergency in the district.

The meeting will take place in executive session, meaning behind closed doors, before a public decision is made.
The district board has ten days following the takeover to appeal the decision.
Any appeal does not stop the takeover from happening immediately.
