Flight cancellations at Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport
SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) - We have been tracking local flights after the FAA cut airline travel to help with air traffic control shortages. Airports across the country have already started to feel the effects.
Airlines cut 4% of all flights Friday and 40 major airports are set to expect cancellations and delays. Friday, WTOC crews were at the airport asking travelers about their experience amid the government shutdown.

We reached out to the Savannah/Hilton Head Airport Sunday to see how flights have been impacted locally.
