High pressure will be centered week to our north. This will keep us very quiet with low humidity and lots of sun. As the high moves further to the east it will keep our winds out of the east-northeast. A coastal trough develops by Friday. Temps remain near seasonable in the low 80s. We will see inland temps in the 50s through Friday morning. Rain chances increase along the coast Friday and Saturday. Our highest rain chances will be Sunday and Monday especially along the coast. A cold front moves in Wednesday, keeping a chance for showers and storms.

Today will be partly cloudy, highs in the low 80s.

Tonight will be mostly clear, lows in the low 60s.

Thursday will be mostly sunny, highs near 80.

Thursday night will be mostly clear With a 10% chance for a coastal shower, lows in the low 60s.

Friday will be partly cloudy with a 20% chance for showers and storms, highs in the low 80s.

Friday night will be partly cloudy with a 10% chance for coastal showers, lows in the mid 60s.

Saturday will be mostly cloudy with a 30% chance for showers and storms, highs in the low 80s.

Coastal Waters Forecast: SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY in effect until late Sunday night. Today: NE winds at 15-20 kt with gusts 25 kt. Seas: 4-6 ft. Tonight: NE winds at 20-25 kt. Seas: 5-7 ft building to 6-8 ft after midnight.

Tropical Weather Outlook: Hurricane Humberto is located a few hundred miles northwest of Bermuda. Humberto will become extratropical today as it moves to the northeast in the central Atlantic. Hurricane Imelda is located several hundred miles west-southwest of Bermuda. Imelda is forecast to become a cat 2 hurricane as it passes close to Bermuda late tonight. Imelda will continue to race to the east-northeast and become extratropical Thursday as it catches up with the remnants of Humberto.
