Chatham County Mosquito Control announces treatment areas for Monday, August 25, 2025

SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) - Pending weather conditions, Chatham County Mosquito Control will be treating areas east of I-95 to Hunter Army Field and I-516, and south of I-16 to Little Ogeechee, on Monday, August 25, 2025.

These areas include Larchmont Estates, Berwick, Southbridge, Silk Hope, and Lamarville.

This treatment will be provided by Chatham County Mosquito Control aircraft and will begin one hour prior to sunset.

The sun is scheduled to set around 7:57 p.m. today, so residents can expect to see the low-flying yellow Mosquito Control plane around 7 p.m. or so.
