Application removed for proposed Parker’s Kitchen in Richmond Hill
RICHMOND HILL, Ga. (WTOC) - A proposed gas station in Richmond Hill that caused concern may not happen.
WTOC first brought you the story last month.
Families who have loved ones buried at Burnt Church Cemetery filled the Bryan County Commission chambers to protest a proposed Parker’s at Belfast River Road and Highway 144.
The main opposition to the construction is that the Parker’s Kitchen would be placed directly beside the cemetery.
WTOC reached out to Parker’s Kitchen who confirmed that the application had been removed but did not offer us a reason why.
