One of the other suspects in this case, Logan Blair, was also arrested in North Carolina and is still being held there.

A warrant has been signed for Blair to be extradited to Chatham County as well, but the date for this transfer is unknown.

Each of the three men are charged with one count of malice murder, two counts of murder, armed robbery, aggravated assault, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.

The grand jury indictment alleges all three men shot Grider in the parking lot outside of his job at the Amazon warehouse.

His family said the men surrounded Grider near his car and cornered him.

Investigators also believe the three men stole Grider’s backpack, in regards to the armed robbery charge.

Grider was just 21-years-old. He leaves behind a baby girl, and numerous family members still in mourning.
