UPDATE: Man dies from injuries after weekend Savannah shooting, no arrests made

SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) - The Savannah Police Department is investigating a fatal shooting on E. 65th Street.
The shooting took place the morning of June 20th, with the adult man victim succumbing to his injuries days later on Thursday, June 25th.
Around 1:25 a.m. on June 20th, SPD officers responded to reports of a shooting in the 700 block of E. 65th St. First responders found the victim on the ground of a parking lot suffering from a gunshot wound.
The victim was taken to a hospital, where he died days later. The case is now being investigated as a homicide.
No arrests have been made according to a Friday update from SPD.
