Tybee Island police report 412 arrests, over 21,000 calls in 2025
TYBEE ISLAND, Ga. (WTOC) -The numbers from 2025 are in from the Tybee Island Police Department.
Tybee Island police officers made 412 arrests between January 1 and December 31, 2025, according to department statistics.
During the same period, officers issued 1,488 traffic citations and responded to 105 motor vehicle crashes. Of those crashes, 19 involved injuries.
The department’s dispatch center handled 21,878 calls for service throughout the year.
