Train strikes vehicle on Long County tracks; no injuries reported

LONG COUNTY, Ga. (WTOC) - Emergency crews responded to a collision involving a train and a vehicle on Thursday night in Long County.

According to emergency officials, a vehicle became stuck on the train tracks near the intersection of Railroad Street and South Macon Street shortly before 9 p.m.
First responders were dispatched to the scene, and notifications were made to the railway operator. Officials reported no injuries.
