Time is running out to weigh in on Savannah’s 311 services

SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) - Savannah residents have until Friday, Aug. 7, to share their experiences with the city’s 311 system.
The City of Savannah launched its 311 Customer Experience Survey in July to gather feedback and identify ways to improve the service.
Savannah 311 serves as a centralized resource that allows residents to submit and track service requests, request information and report concerns.
City officials say the feedback will help them monitor service quality, respond to changing community needs and increase awareness of city services.
The survey is available through the “Latest News” section of the City of Savannah’s website.
Printed copies are also available at City Hall and the following locations:
- Cloverdale Community Center
- Liberty City Community Center
- Mary Flournoy Golden Age Center
- Windsor Forest Community Center
- Carver Village Community Center
- Crusaders Community Center
- Hudson Hill Community Center
- Moses Jackson Community Center
- Tatemville Community Center
- Eastside Gym at the Pennsylvania Avenue Resource Center
The deadline to complete the survey is Friday, Aug. 7.
