Savannah man indicted on child cruelty charges

SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) - Patrick Sullivan was indicted this week on three counts of first-degree cruelty to children.
The indictment alleges Sullivan slapped his child, causing bruising to the child’s face and eye.

It also alleges he caused excessive physical pain to his child by striking him on the back of his legs, leaving bruises.
