Rincon shares 25-year master plan for city development and growth
RINCON, Ga. (WTOC) - City leaders in Rincon have unveiled a 25-year master plan designed to guide the future development and growth of the fast-growing municipality.
The comprehensive vision, ranging from housing to street improvements to cultural arts, stems from local community feedback gathered in April 2026.
Key details of the master plan include:
- Developing more affordable housing options
- Implementing street improvement projects
- Making downtown areas more walkable
- Adding greenways, parks, and trails
- Expanding cultural activities and events featuring local creators
City officials say the plan is a direct response to community needs as the area continues to experience rapid expansion.
