Police searching for missing 15-year-old Mariah Jackson in Chatham County

CHATHAM COUNTY, Ga. (WTOC) - The Chatham County Police Department is asking for the public’s help to locate a missing 15-year-old girl.

According to police, 15-year-old Mariah Jackson was last seen on Thursday around 3:00 p.m. getting off a school bus in the Wax Myrtle Court area.
She was last seen wearing a white shirt and khaki pants.
Investigators say Mariah is considered a missing runaway.
Because the Chatham County Police Department is the lead investigative agency on this active case, officials advise the public that information from other unverified sources may not be accurate at this time.
Anyone who has seen Mariah Jackson or has any information regarding her whereabouts is urged to contact the Chatham County Police Department immediately.
