What Wounded Warrior Project leadership said
Wounded Warrior Project CEO Walt Piatt said partnerships with organizations like Parker’s Kitchen are vital to the group’s mission.
“We couldn’t live without them,” Piatt said. “We would not be able to provide our programs simply so veterans wouldn’t get the help they need to come back — truly come back home. Many warriors come out of service, what I call come back from deployment, but coming home is a different journey all together.”
