This year’s winners are:

  • Palmetto Animal League
  • Junior Service League
  • Child Abuse Prevention Association
  • Second Helpings
  • Bluffton Jasper Volunteers in Medicine
  • Alzheimer’s Family Services of Greater Beaufort
  • Pat Conroy Literary Center
  • Habitat for Humanity of the Lowcountry

The organizations were recognized during an event bringing together nonprofit representatives, local leaders and community supporters.

FWDG CEO Donna Senica thanked participants and praised the organizations’ dedication to the Lowcountry.

“Season of Giving is about much more than a donation,” said Nick Desautels, FWDG’s general manager. “It is about bringing our community together, recognizing the organizations doing meaningful work, and helping provide resources so they can continue making a difference.”

The company also recognized the Mark family, owners of FWDG, Furniture Warehouse and Past Perfect Consignment, for supporting the annual initiative.
